The Road

Heading down the road
All I see is my mirror and me
Where I’m heading nobody knows
Just traveling with my troubled soul
This road is narrowing thin
I gotta find my soul again
Darkness is creeping in
Can’t you hear that hallowing wind?
Trying to find my way
Will I go or will I stay?
Darkness is overhead
I whisper…not today
The dawn is drawing near
This rocky road is hard to steer
The clouds open up
The sky is getting clear
All my troubles are coming down
I found my soul in this hallowed ground
My demons have gone and went
On this road Heaven sent
