In Silence



I am sitting here in silence
And it feels so good to be alone
I could sit here for hours
And my tortured body feels at ease
I could not utter a single word to you
And I wish you would be satisfied

About this poem

This is a poem I wrote sometime in 2004/2005 during a difficult and unusual time in my life. I recently found it while looking through some old documents in the attic.
