"SHE IS ME"

Ivy Torrico 2002 (Philippines)

She is quite
And she's shy
She keeps gazing at the stars during the night
She's holding her emotions and trying to keep them hidden
But when you look deeply into her eyes
You will be drowned by the sadness and emptiness that it holds

She loves a quiet place
But she also loves to be surrounded by pure people who would be willing to embrace
She is doubtful about herself
She didn't know how to love herself
She is just at the corner trying to hide
For the cruel world, she's not ready to fight

She loves to be found
And to have a pure friend
Who would truly embrace her and just like her, a keeper
She really wants to break free and go out of her comfort zone
To find how far could she go alone.
