Platinum
Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)
She might look plain to an uncut eye
But she wrapped herself in a platinum sigh
A plain black coat with golden symbols scattered
Somehow I thought she really mattered
Her hair was brown and common place
But a face so pale it had a doll like grace
Not much taller than an average women
But she walked in the sun wisened and begun
Maybe not a genious nor a nun
Perhaps if she turned around her eyes would stun.
