Ruffled Feathers

As I woke this fine day
Thoughts linger of you
I smell an aroma reminiscent
That which we have shared
Lofty in rapture for another.
Never dreamed a slumber
Captured night; an aroma of love
Like dew droplets vapors of a mist
Taken within my lips
Swooning petal rose into her kiss...
Stricken lustful, intense passion bleeds
With a swoop fallen into feathers of flight
In this night we lean on each into a froth
Vibrating, pulsating beats of rhythm
Riveting splash of weakened knees crash
Like a stone solid crescent moon of emotion
Sweeping across the wetlands of desire
Living inside deep to bare peach
Helpless careless infusions burst
Like a fresh taste of candy dissolves on our tongues.
