I Still Go On.....

I STILL GO ON

I'm in vain
But still have an aim
I have to climb a flight of stairs.
I'm in pain
But still to gain
In every step I have to shed tears.

The sun shines on....
And I still go on..
The way is much longer than a mile.
Criticism surrounds me
Obstacles bind me
Every one gives a sardonic smile.

When people are in need of me
I'm like a momentary gold for them.
After their wishes are fulfilled,
I'm left like a drop in the ocean.
Yet the sun shines on...
I Still go on...

As 'spring' goes...
So it comes,
As 'day' goes...
So it returns.
The 'red ball' still shines on...
With a hope, I still go on...
