Silenced

Depression is taken to lightly
Like a bird who flaps their wings politely
You smile outside while dying inside
Afraid to show yourself because the world judges but alas we open up, the response is 'you dramatic'

Afraid to go,
Your shell to scared to speak
Your mind trapped inside a pit of darkness that won't take a depart
Connected with doubts and regrets.

Over thinking daily
Acting fine but dying inside
No feeling, no hope to survive, no place to fit in.
Like a piece of a puzzle that does not belong.

Sad of problems, sad of doubts, does not matter cause you human after all.

Your demons screams your insecurities Your fears hiding underneath your bed
But the monster is the sight of your regret

Big, strong and bold but not your strength, your weaknesses controls.
Your fears lead the way, while your bravery stays in check

Never to heard
Never to be seen
Never to let go
Never to be who you are.
