i cry all the time

we cry so we can let our hearts feel better
they would tell you I cry all the time
but do they know that no matter how much I cry
my eyes dry up before my heart can feel better
before I can let all the pent-up sadness go
so whenever I cry, I end up feeling more empty
I am miserable, a hopeless case
I don't even know myself
so why do I try to understand those around me
I am so confused
I don't know what is happening
I can't explain anything
if I say anything
I get headaches
my heart sinks
my face gets super hot
I don't know what's happening
all I know is its getting worse
