The day we met again

Late at night walking all alone down the streets
the street full of trees
wind bellowing , leaves screeching
wind driven rain finding place to be taken
the street reminds me of your presence,
that was the time when
the path was peaceful as we were together
neither leaves screech ,nor wind bellow
it was just trees
that made the wind blow....
while the rain started pelting filled with nostalgia ,
I continued walking...
our destiny again crossed the ways !

May be due to rain,
but you stood at the same place...
that was the day I saw you again
that was the day I met you again
it was months without you
now neither I love you nor you do
still my eyes welled up , looking thou...
I strived to streak across the street
but my heart convinced , my vestige to cease...
heart beat got faster..
hands started to shiver ..
wanted to ask how are you dear ..
wanted to tell , oh! I cannot bear ..
turned around in a zeal to know..
is that you really moved on..!
and in a hope that you waited for me that long..!
But till the time you were gone..!
your sweet memories wing its flight
left me alone in that night ..
you were like a delusive mirage
again leaving me in disdain...
that was the day i met you again..
that was the day you left me once again...!!!
