My love

Aaron Perez 1983 (Vancouver)

 Your the missing puzzle piece,
that my hearts been trying to find...
I looked for you through my whole life
but finally see where iv been blind...
We been through hell, you brought me back,
alot of sad ... the fact just is...
But now we put the sad away,
& bring our love true happiness...
I never thought I'd see the day,
I'd love a girl as much as you ..
Your the one iv always seen
In every dream iv had since two...
You passed the truest test of love
Here's my heart please keep it safe...
It's sore and couldn't take another
Relationship that's doomed to break...
So here's to fate & here's to love
here's to us & here's to truth...
Cause living my life's just not worth anything if it isn't me & you ...

About this poem

I was actuay incarcerated for something I didn't do, I wrote this peom for my gf as I missed her so much. I wrote 80 poems over the year I was there and a good handful of them were for her. I wanted to put out a book of poems and call it "incarcerated thoughts" as they all were written when I was locked up. Enjoy
