Storm Over the Ocean

Anxiety, a mighty storm
Still rages down on me.
Its pressure drops on me until
Depression churns my sea.

The dark gray clouds that float above,
Meander through my mind
While throwing fits of bolts at each
Tsunami that I find.

Oh, unrelenting, angry host,
I will not let you drown
My hope that keeps me still afloat,
Though ships cannot be found.
