Life about childhood

Cynthia novotny 1984 (Wilmington de)

All my life I have always wondered.
what life would have been like there?
If things were a little different in this life
would she have been my caring mom?

I mean a mom is supposed to protect our kids.
especially the one that we truly love with our heart.
for they aren't able to protect themselves
for not everyone knows what is best for them

So, as I go through this journey called life.
I now know that I didn't want a life like that.
I know that I never truly wanted that as a kid.
for it wasn't my fault all that has happened to me

So, I will always protect my kids for as long as I can.
for I will never let them get hurt on my watch
no one wants to go through that as a kid.
so always hold your kids close to you.
