Why are we?
Why are we so ungrateful Lord?
Never feeling satisfied by the blessing that you lay upon us all day by day.
Lord, we pray for cars, money, houses, good health, jobs and everything in between.
Yet when you deliver us, we are still not pleased.
We my pray and rejoice in the moment but suddenly it will pass.
Why are we so ungrateful Lord?
Do we truly not understand the favor that you have place on our lives?
We act like children on our best behavior when in need of something from you.
We pray and plead day and night until you come through and once you do how often and quickly, we forget.
Why are we so ungrateful Lord?
Just like a child wanting candy.
They will stop at nothing until the candy is in hand.
Then the show come back around the very next time that they may want something else.
Why are we so ungrateful Lord?
When we all should be thankful for you many blessing that you provide day by day.
People imagine if God decided to remove his hands from your life.
What would you do then?
If he no longer played your game of only knowing him when you had a need.
