propinquity-

A rainbow graces where the sea does end,
A journey few dare, their courage to expend,
Perhaps the rainbow shies from those unknown,
Or for a chosen few, its colors are shown.

Said to emerge for the bravest souls,
Sea’s troubles, anger, and tumultuous roles,
To gaze upon it, from a distance, we must,
For who'd venture far, in waters unjust?

Yet if you do, and reach those distant shores,
Pause, admire the rainbow that courage restores,
Then turn that gaze, introspect and see,
You conquered the sea to set your spirit free.
