I wonder if it’s all a pyramid scheme
The promise of the American Dream

Selling my soul day after day
Really just pissing my life away

People are living in the streets
While the rich have their treats

Just work more
Then you won’t be poor

That’s what the boss says is true
When he’s trying to screw

I wonder if it’s all a pyramid scheme
There is no “we” in dream
