Vlothing (evolving language for animal freedom/warning may trigger your poetic emotions)
Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)
The Vlothing felt free on my skin
The Vkin felt warm on my feet
I ate a vorrkfeed vie to satiate my stomach
And sat on my new vurniture
Waiting to die for my next meal:
The vteak in the freezer.
I vainted my arm in vink- a dove vattoo
thinking about the 'good' old days and how brown vugar and voothpaste was turned white with bone char and vine was filtered with snake bladder (sorrkfeed).
About this poem
You can't tackle human oppression with hidden/ignored hypocracy (associating animals with food, or man made products). Or loving one animal over others. But don't be a psycho/sociopath you can still have devine union, family love, friendship love, love for humanity, community support love. Government finance is a delicate balance but you have financial responsibilities to through creating a demand for what you buy. Your body is a temple not a graveyard. Would you put a dead fur covered squirrel in your dryer with your vlothes? Take one step at a time. Dip your foot in. It's not a cult, it's God's love.
