Exhaustive energy

I'm tired,
Fucking exhausted I mean,
A fabric lay in bloom on a alter of cotton,
My eyes rise and fall like the pounding of a power hammer,
They fall so naturally like the sun going down to make way for night,
I rip them open as my face strains to take the weigh of these burdening eyeballs,
These burdening eyeballs for sleep is not here, not for me,
The walls grow dim and blurry,
My defiance lost,
The shroud of vigilance is waining,
Emotions containing,
These silly needs,
Maybe just close them for a moment,
Feel the void, the ever present emptiness,
Drift me away and take me whole,
Before my name gets carried through air,
Maybe just for a moment,
I can forget, or be forgotten.
