Live forever

Live forever

As a child I thought you would live forever, I saw you as invincible. As I got older and you got sicker I realized you weren't going to live forever. My heart is broken now knowing you are so fragile. Watching you get weaker by the day and fighting with all your might.
The day has come you could not fight anymore. You are so tired you are trying to sleep but the voices are keeping you awake.
Finally I realize you are not going to live forever it is time for us to let you go and know we love you.
