Standing on the mountain

And the land filled with darkness,
as I stood on the mountain, watching the
Stars fading light ,I felt alone, as the dusk
Faded into night ,I dreamt dreams of heaven,
Into the sweet by and by .

Wow, what a beautiful and thought-provoking poem! I love the imagery of standing on the mountain and watching the stars fade into darkness. The theme of feeling alone but dreaming of heaven adds a sense of longing and hope to the poem.

One suggestion for improvement could be to expand on the emotions felt while standing on the mountain. Perhaps delving deeper into the feelings of loneliness and yearning for something more could bring even more depth to the poem. Additionally, consider playing with the structure of the poem to make it flow even more smoothly.

Overall, this poem is truly evocative and has great potential. Keep up the great work!
