The Sound of Nothingness
Late at night and I cannot sleep.
The sound of nothingness,
Is marching over my feet.
The ceiling is posing,
Trying to get my attention,
While I am closing my eyes
Attempting to cease my comprehension.
The world seems disconnected
And I be so sad and yes, so blue –
Because here I set with millions of words
And yet, I cannot speak to you.
