Loyalty. A faithfulness that is steadfast in
the face of any temptation to renounce,
desert or betray.
Feels like something you owe me
As you use and abuse it,
But never really show me your loyalty
Should I be mad?
Because everything you do
Always ends up as a bad act
That you wish you could prevent
But what happened to "no switching sides"
Or was I fooled enough to pick your side
knowing what would go in my mind
Once I do that.
Make it clear,
Do you want me or is there another her
Cause I might be wasting my energy thinking
that you're here with me.
I choose loyalty over love any day
Cause I know loyalty's real and love's just
