Refusing To Obey Rules

Those who obtain,
A perception to have status.
Refuse to obey laws and rules.
Believing themselves untouchable.
Regardless of what they say and do.
And given every opportunity,
To violate,
What 'commoners' dare...
Think of ways to escalate.
Their fate to face creates public debate.
Even in the midst when people like this,
Are judge with proof and overwhelming...
Evidence produced.
Of committing fraud,
And deception of crimes of all kinds.
Yet...
Declare to be innocently charged.
For having the right of free speech.
With a doing to attack,
Both judge and jury.
To accuse them for being,
Too loyal to a democracy.
And a society victimized that allows,
Rules and laws to obey them and follow.
Is the main reason,
Their lives to live as they please...
Has been ruined.
By the very same democracy,
Those of status who benefit...
More than the average human being.
Locked up in a prison cell.
Found guilty and 'alleged',
To have the appearance of a criminal.
Without proof or produced evidence.
But suspiciously profiled to look like one.
While dressed and walking proud.
Adorned in clothing that identifies,
Their ethnic heritage.

'And you say,
You are a natural born citizen?
Of this country?
And you people have been here,
For countless centuries?'

'Maybe more!'

'Prove it!
Along with your political and religious,
Affiliation.'
