Lame As a Stream

Drawing a target on my children's back
Making sure the snipers aim true and sure
Giving up with all the pain mixed with suffering
Giving up living in squashed in-betweens
My recorder waits to prove what I mean
Murders missing footage obscene
Involuntary shaking of humanities tree
Dropping only tear mixed spirits
Capturing darting orbs and shadow men
Disfigured faces bitting bullets remorse
Rewinding secret tapes on demand
Please swallow my piece of land
Freely negotiated blackmail dealings
All tucked in a story never seen
Floated lame as a stream
