I am the DARK

"I am the dark inside your mind
I put the hole there so one day you'd find.
I play a part in all stars that shine.
For they could not without my compass to guide."

Hello the moon. Sweet lotus tomb.
Buried beneathe silver hair and waves of doom.
"Be not afraid.", her lips did say.
Without a sound, nothing moved, fades away...

a violet room. piezo-electric tears.
silicon  conducted  memories.
Can i withstand the sum of all my fears,
or am i machine? Should we slow the gears?

"I am the spark behind the eyes.
Skin of the soul.  Stretching confines of time.
I play the strings. Photons a' bright.
Just not the same as the dead city lights..."

Goodbye the sun.  rivers that run.
Shadow design, taking shape, precession.
Drinking the wine--- nerves intertwine.
Reach for the sky-- falling down-- clouds of stone.

a violet room. piezoelectric tears.
silicon  conducted  memories.
Can i withstand the sum of all my fears,
or am i machine? Should we slow the gears?

sec-ond, star,
leads
right  and beyond.
One  path,
in sight,
leading away.
Follow-  the white rabbit again.
falling -down feels better than sin.

Here comes the night.
Burning bright.
Shadow skeletons.
Bring on the night.
Blazing eyes
Open dimensions,
too many to mention.
Unfold.
UNFOLD.

Hanging,
on a string.
Don't even
know what it means.
Tomorrow will bring,
more phantoms that dance on my grave.

Too Long,
inside.
The walls,
are high.
We wait,
for signs.
We stand,
in line...

The pit and the pendulum swings.
The blade it sings across my skin.
The pit and the pendulum swings,
as i draw back my weary skin.

Here comes the night.
Burning Bright.
Shadow skeletons.
Bring on the night.
Blazing eyes.
Torturous invention,
defies all detection,
i hide.
Star in sight,
leads tonight.
Hollow souls delight.
Winged, dark flight,
sails despite.
Lords of illusion,
arise from confusion.
ARISE.
arise.
