Prison of Dreams

Since a child is born
She's already there, besides the crib
You stare at her, and that's why you cry

 With time, you will forget
And fall to a hypnotic  sleep
 But, while you are dreaming,
 The sweetest of the dreams
 She's  still there, always there

 Your fear starts to grow
Because you start to see her between the clouds
 Lurking in the shadows,
 While you grow up
And you know, how time steals the elixir of life
And you don't want, to wake up

Now you know, who she is
She's a employee, just like you
 You are recycling material,
And now you are so tired,
So she will set you free to rest, for now

You realize, how foolish you were
Hiding all this time, when it was actually time
That was leading you away from the chalice
And the dream starts to fade away,
Soon to disappear, you will wonder
 If it ever really existed
And she will tell you, it's time
 To wake up

 And on this cold room
 They all look at you
 Something on the dead eyes,
 Makes everyone terrified
But that's not because you died,
 It's because, the clouds lied

 As you walk away,
She will show you the way
 Awaken, but not for long
Rest while you can, for the stage is ready
And the play of pain will begin…Again
 Are you dreaming?

Well, I am just me, there is no better description. Don't expect anything "Cliché" or "Generic" from what I write, or you will love it, or you will hate it. (And both are good for me, so feel free to give honest reviews) more…
