the way it used to be with us
is what i wish we shared,
knowing that if i ever needed
you or missed you, you were
always a phone call away
now i just think and dream,
because i know that luxury
is gone, my life is moving on
but my heart is still, wondering
if that's what you feel, i
have never regretted anything
but i do regret letting you go.
i should've stood tall and strong
