This Nostalgic Night

This night's curtain drawn,
Viscid violets hide my eyes;
This night, not really dark, but dawn,
Seems like twilight in disguise;
Sleep sweet slumber, my fossil sleep...
My soul subsists; sprouts from its keep,
Tip-toe, hush-hush, kiss on my cheek...
 Now here after on the other side,
 Where halos and harps abound..
 The smell like jasmine, I surmise,
 Has captured me, this hallowed ground;
 Opal orchestras of light and sound...
 Winged Pearls of Peace in omnipotent flight
 Take heed! My soul, indeed I might,
 Find all those I loved, who left me behind
 Embracing me now, this nostalgic night...
