Jamilla is a native of Atlantic City, NJ who discovered her love for books and writing at the early age of nine. Her countless hours of writing short stories and poetry was nothing more than venting up until she was published for the first time in 2014. Since then she has written 5 books one of which is a high recommended trilogy and has started her own publishing company, House of Leghaci. Jamilla says the power behind her success and her inspiration is her loving relationship with God whom directs her steps and her family, who keep her grounded and are her biggest supporters. “When you have a love like this behind you, how can you fail?"
