DISCLAIMER: This is an influential piece of information, that once read, will be a part of your existence. Thus, this information will have an impact upon your life, no matter how grave or insignificant the effect. ABOUT ME: I am a seventeen-year-old high school student who has lived in California since my birth. Before my adolescence, I was a confidently respectable child with fearlessly rambunctious tendencies, due to my unconscious avoidance of social affliction. Now, I am a distant fragment of my peers and am attempting to solidify the reality of my existence. Basically, I am trying to find out who I am, so that I do not continue to waste my or anyone else's time. Luckily, through willingly analyzing occurrences and my emotional reaction to them (which I have only been doing for about a year because being homeless caused me to yearn for a better life) by recording them via a Google doc, I have begun to develop what I will consider to be my best self. I only hope that my progress is effectively shown within the poetry I provide and that you are able to tell me the truth about my literary ability. Thank you for your time - Joseph Kurtz.
