Analysis of Still my heart

Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)

I could hardly breath
When I looked for you
But your eye was taken
Was my heart mistaken
I covered my eyes
Touched my chest
My heart pleading rest
Oh please rest
When I saw you gesture to me
Our heads tilted in time
Your hands on mine
Our words flowing
My heart was bleeding
And you saved my life
