Analysis of Writing While I Mourn
This is the way I mourn.
Writing for the forlorn.
Writing to heal my internal wounds .
Writing uplift’s my mood.
What would I do without this ability?
I’d be like a dancer with no agility.
I’d be like an artist without an easel.
I’d be lost with no direction.
Instead I focus on self affection.
I focus on the positive and all the blessings I’ve been given.
I keep my pain hidden.
I’m aware my loved one is in a better place.
It’s so hard to forget his face.
