Analysis of Maze
If my life starts to turn
Into a very intricate mess
I'll begin to seek inside the labyrinth
An outlet from this distress
I go in each and every way
Just to run into all the walls
And slowly mounting a foolish idea
That there's no ending to all my stalls
"There IS a way out of this stage"
I keep restating inside my head
But all the while I try to convince myself
An inkling arises that I dread
When the thought finally comes
That hope has gone away
An arm of comfort holds me close
And says "I'll forever stay"
With that enjoyment in my heart
My head always knows the course
The illustrious end again is straight ahead
And your love is at the source
So when my mind starts to convert
Into a maze that has no finish
All I need to remember is your comforting arm
And the love that won't diminish
