That man in white

Rhino 2003 (Assam)

His short narrow eyes, so focused
Held in his hands, an open book
He wore a talisman as if he was cursed
So mesmerized as if nowhere to look.
Dressed in white, his fair skin glow more
Leaned to wall by back, so calm he stay
He appeared to me a silent shore.
Shone like a diamond with every hitting sun ray
Too far, to be looked at he was
Although still but still effervescent
His knowledge and aura so competent, too close
His beauty outshined night moon crescent.
His eyes revealed, too much in his mind. His smile betrays, no one can find.
